We offer 35 years of experience securing wetland permits through USACE ( §404 & §10 ), state, county, and local agencies; wildlife permits under Endangered Species Act, state and local authorities; securing water supply permits for municipalities and agricultural operations; addressing contamination issues, and a wide range of environmental issues .
We lead the field science data collection, preparing persuasive packages, and aiding engineers in site design to limit impacts and speed investment recovery, and leading agency negotiations.
